The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery
Last friday, as part of my primary research, I visited the Stephen Wiltshire Gallery in Pall Mall, London. I was fortunate enough to interview Stephen about his work, as well as obtain shots of the gallery which I will use for my DVD. Stephen draws from memory alone, and has been able to recall complete skylines with astonishing accuracy. Below is an example of Stephen's work

i remember a news item on stephen years ago. didn't know he had his own gallery now.

It was a great experience all around; Stephen is very approachable. His photographic memory is fascinating. I spoke to one of his colleagues who said the day before I came, he decided to draw something from memory from 2 years ago!
